Introduction
A complete marketing presence for a solo career coach - the kind of site that has to do the selling when the founder is the only salesperson. A career-coaching business lives or dies on trust and a clear next step: a stranger has to land, believe this person can change their career, and book a call before the doubt sets in. Most coaches try to carry that on a generic template that buries the offer. This does the opposite. Every screen is built to move one visitor one step closer to hitting "book," from the first scroll to the calendar confirmation.

What I Built
A Landing Page Shaped Like a Decision
The whole page is one argument, ordered the way a hesitant visitor actually thinks. It opens by naming the goal - your dream job is closer than you think - then walks through the program, stacks the proof, lays out the ways in, and ends on a single booking. Nothing competes for attention. Each section answers the exact question the previous one raises, so the visitor is never left wondering what to do next. The structure is invisible by design; it just feels like the obvious path.
The Program, Made Legible
The coaching itself is eight stages - goals, mindset, CV foundations, LinkedIn branding, search strategy, interview prep, support, accountability. On the page they read as a clear, numbered journey rather than a wall of services. A prospect can see the whole arc of what they're buying in one glance and picture where they are in it. Abstract coaching becomes a concrete sequence with a beginning and an end.
Proof, Stacked
Trust is the entire product here, so the proof had to be more than a logo strip. Stacked mentee avatars, hard numbers - 100+ enrolled, 30+ hiring partners, a 95% placement rate - and a rotating wall of named testimonials with photos and job titles. Each one is a real person with a real role, which is what makes them land. The social proof is woven through the page at the moments doubt tends to creep in, not quarantined to a single section.
Three Ways In
The offer is split into three tiers - a free resume review, the core mastery program, and an elite accelerator - laid out side by side so the choice is obvious at a glance. The free tier exists to lower the barrier; the paid tiers escalate cleanly from it. Each card carries its own benefits and its own call to action, so a visitor self-selects into the commitment that fits them instead of bouncing on a single intimidating price.
From Visitor to Booked Call
The conversion endpoint is the part that most coaching sites fumble, so it got the most care. A Calendly booking embed sits right alongside a contact form that takes a name, email, message, and - crucially - a resume upload, so a lead arrives already qualified and ready to review. The visitor picks their lane: book a slot now, or hand over their CV and let the coach come to them. Either way the path ends in a real, actionable lead rather than a dead inbox.
Built Fast, Built to Last
Under all of it is a static Astro build, which keeps the site fast on the first load - the moment a skeptical visitor is most likely to leave. One consistent design system runs through every section: the avatar clusters, the stat counters, the testimonial cards, the pricing tiers, the wave dividers. It's fully responsive, because most jobseekers are browsing on a phone between other things. The polish is quiet and consistent, which is exactly what reads as trustworthy in a field built on trust.

Outcome
The founder went from no real web presence to a single site that runs his entire funnel — first impression, program explainer, proof, pricing, and booking, all in one place he controls. The build was collaborative end to end; we worked through ideas together and adapted the design as the offer sharpened, and the result is something he can point every prospect at with confidence. The measure of the work is simple: a stranger can now arrive, understand the offer, trust the person behind it, and book a call without anyone having to chase them.
